Recently I made Challah bread. Mine didn't look this nice but Im learning. So far I have had two tries. I would have to say my first go was spot on. Wonderfully light, sweet bread. I think I ate the whole loaf myself. My second try was less successful. I divided the dough in half and made two smaller loaves but I didn't consider that it might affect the baking time. The bottoms of both loafs were burnt. It hasn't stopped me from eating them.
